Sally joined D|A Financial Group in 1974. She holds a degree in Economics from UC Berkeley where she graduated with highest honors. As a shareholder in D|A Financial Group, Sally works with business owners and human resource professionals to design, implement and administer benefit programs that meet the needs of both employers and employees. She was awarded the professional designation of Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) by The American College in 2000 and the designation of Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) in 2004.
In the community, Sally is a current member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Nonprofit and Public Leadership at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a former Advisory Board member for Young Entrepreneurs at Haas, an outreach program for disadvantaged youth. She also serves as a community member on the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Summit Medical Center in Oakland, California. The IRB oversees all experimental research on human subjects conducted at the medical center.
Sally and her husband Ray are California natives and lifelong residents of the Bay Area.

John Hohman began his career as an accountant with a Fortune 500 Company. Since 1995, he has focused his financial skills on employee benefits and retirement plans. John joined D|A Financial Group in 2000 after working for a major insurance carrier to expand the Employee Benefit and Retirement plan divisions He is an advisory board member for NFP Benefit Partners, a group of 160 nationwide firms serving 30,000 clients. He also holds advisory positions with both medical and ancillary line insurance companies. He has considerable experience in alternative funding for employee benefits and is a tremendous resource in the design, implementation and servicing of retirement plans.
John Hohman is a University of Arizona graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance. John also holds the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary. He currently resides in Orinda, California with his wife Jennifer and two children. In his spare time, John enjoys golf and snow skiing. |

John began his career in finance in 1977 and has held the position of Vice President with two national brokerage firms. In 1987 John founded and managed his own investment advisory firm, Financial Strategies. In 1995 he joined D|A Financial Group, becoming a Shareholder in 1997. John specializes in the custom design and active management of individual and institutional client portfolios. He also advises educational concerns on their employee benefit planning. His industry memberships include:

- East Bay Financial Planning Association
John is a Kent State University graduate with a degree in finance. He received his Certified Financial Planner designation from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College, and is an Investment Advisor representative and registered representative with NFP Securities, Inc. John currently resides in Alamo, California with his wife and three children. He enjoys reading, traveling, running, and golf. |

Ted is a shareholder with D|A Financial Group having joined the firm immediately following graduation from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Ted holds the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) awarded by The American College and is a long time member of the prestigious Advanced Association of Life Underwriters (AALU).
In the community Ted has served as President of the 18,000 Member Haas Business Alumni Association and on a variety of committees at the Haas School of Business. In 1994 Ted was honored with the Raymond E. Miles Alumni Service Award and the Trustees Citation from the UC Berkeley Foundation. Ted was a founder of the first California community-based fund raising organization for Yosemite National Park. In recognition of their service, Ted and his wife were honored with a permanent plaque in Yosemite National Park in recognition of completion of the “Happy Isles” project. |
